Developer. Designer. Builder.
I'm Tushar — an independent developer, designer, and technology entrepreneur based in New Delhi, India. I run Tushar Labs, a full-stack digital solutions studio.

I build things that work in production, not just in demos.
I started writing code because I wanted to build products — not because I was passionate about syntax. That pragmatism shapes everything I do. Every project begins with a problem worth solving and ends with a system that performs.
Before Tushar Labs, I worked across product design, web development, and technical consulting for startups and small businesses. I learned early that most digital problems aren't technical — they're clarity problems. Unclear briefs produce bad software. Clear thinking produces systems that scale.
Today I run Tushar Labs as a solo studio — which means you work directly with the person building your product. No account managers, no junior developers, no lost context between handoffs.
How I think about building.
Clarity before code.
The most expensive bugs are the ones you build into the specification. I spend more time on the brief than most agencies spend on the entire project.
Systems, not projects.
A website is not a project. It's a system that runs in production, gets traffic, and needs to be maintained. I build with that in mind from day one.
Performance is non-negotiable.
Slow software is bad software. Every project ships with performance optimization as a baseline requirement, not an optional feature.
Own the outcome.
I don't deliver code and disappear. Every engagement ends with documentation, a handover call, and a clear path for what comes next.
The path so far.
Started learning web development
Began with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Built the first projects for friends and family businesses.
First freelance clients
Started taking on paid projects — websites, landing pages, and small web applications for local businesses.
Founded Tushar Labs
Formalized the studio practice. Began working on larger projects — custom software, SaaS products, and brand identity systems.
Expanded into AI & Automation
Built and launched AI-powered products. KitchenZap, Restroex, and Agent-X represent the new direction of the studio.

What I'm working on.
KitchenZap
Building out the v2 feature set — multi-location support, analytics dashboard, and a customer-facing ordering app.
Agent-X
Developing the AI sales agent platform. Currently in private beta with three pilot clients.
AI-first products
Exploring the next generation of AI-powered business tools. Focused on practical applications that replace real manual work.
Client Projects
Available for web design, custom software, and AI automation engagements. 1–2 new projects per quarter.
What I work with.
Outside of work.
When I'm not building — I'm reading about systems thinking, studying how great products were designed, and occasionally trying to convince myself that a 6am wake-up is a good idea. I care about craft, clarity, and building things that last.
Want to build something together?
I take on 1–2 new client projects per quarter. If you have something worth building, let's talk.
